Do I need to apply or get approved?
No. Every host account gets a referral link automatically. Sign up, your link appears in the "Refer & earn" panel on the dashboard.
When exactly do I earn the reward?
When someone clicks your link, signs up, AND creates their first paid pool. The reward fires from the Stripe webhook when the paid pool is created. Stripe credit appears in your customer balance within 24 hours.
Why Stripe credit instead of cash?
Honest answer: it's simpler and the money goes further. No Wise transfers, no minimum balance friction, no tax forms. If you'd rather have cash, the Pro tier (16+ conversions) unlocks a cash payout option once your balance hits ÂŖ50.
What counts as a "conversion" for tier calculation?
Only fully-converted referrals â where the referred host has created their first paid pool. Just clicks and signups don't move you up the ladder.
How long is the cookie window?
90 days from the click. As long as the referred user signs up within 90 days of clicking your link, attribution sticks.
Can I refer myself with a second email?
No â the system blocks self-referrals at the SQL layer. Hardened against this specifically.
What if I don't have any host customers yet?
You don't need to. Just share your link wherever fits â newsletter, social, a WhatsApp group of wedding planners, your photographer client email signature. Sometimes a single share converts.
Do you provide promo assets?
Yes â banner copy, email templates, and social post drafts are in our affiliate kit. Email affiliate@mrvltechnologies.com to request access if you want to actively promote.
What's the cash payout option, exactly?
When your Stripe credit balance hits ÂŖ50 AND you're on Tier 3 (16+ converted referrals), you can email payout@mrvltechnologies.com to request a Wise transfer of your balance instead of waiting for it to apply to your next purchase. Manual review, ~7-day turnaround.
Can I run paid ads to my referral link?
Yes â display ads, social ads, newsletter sponsorships are fine. Strict NO on bidding on 'Poolr' brand keywords in Google/Meta search ads (we'll block your account).
Where does the reward come from?
It's a Stripe customer balance credit â Poolr funds it from operating margin. Your referred host pays the full price; you get credit on top.
