Is the free plan really free?
Yes - the Free tier is £0, no card required, no trial countdown. You get up to 30 photos and 7 days of active uploads. Perfect for a small dinner or a kick-around event. Upgrade only when you need more.
Do guests need to pay anything?
Never. Guests scan the QR code, upload photos, and leave - completely free, no account required, no app to download. The host pays once (or subscribes for unlimited pools); guests always upload free.
What happens to my photos when the pool expires?
Expired pools become read-only - guests can no longer upload but you can still download every photo as a ZIP. Free pools stay accessible for 7 days, Moment pools for 30 days, Forever pools for 2 years, and Occasion pools never expire.
Can I upgrade my pool mid-event or after?
Yes - upgrade tier, add more storage, or change settings from the pool's dashboard at any time, even after the event. All your photos, RSVPs, and settings carry over instantly. Nothing is lost.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes. Pro Organiser, Teams, and Adventure Creator subscriptions cancel anytime from your settings - no fee, no questions. Your pools remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
Is there a plan for venues, festivals, schools or tour operators?

Do you show ads on my pool?
