Online ordering with print fulfilment
Parents browse their child's portraits, choose a package (5×7, A4, canvas, keyring), and pay by card online. Prodigi prints and ships directly to the family's door. You never touch a package.
Automatic commission payout
Poolr takes a 15% commission per order. The remaining 85% is transferred to your connected Stripe account automatically at the point of sale. No invoicing the school. No waiting 30 days for a BACS transfer.

What print products are available?
Through our Prodigi integration, parents can order 5×7 prints, A4 prints, A3 prints, canvas prints, and photobook packages. We're adding more formats during beta based on photographer feedback.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. During setup you define your print packages and prices. Poolr takes 15% of each order; the rest is yours. You can price packages however works for your business model.
What happens if a parent doesn't receive the email?
The Poolr Select dashboard shows delivery status for every parent email. For any that bounced or went to spam, you can resend from the dashboard or send the parent a direct link.
What about GDPR — can I upload children's photos?
Yes. Poolr Select is designed for professional school photographers operating under existing school data processing agreements. Each parent only has access to their own child's images. No data is shared with third parties. Full data processing documentation is available on request.
When do I receive payment?
Your 85% share is automatically transferred to your connected Stripe account at the point of each sale. No waiting for monthly reconciliation, no invoicing the school.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — Stripe is required to receive payouts. Creating a Stripe account is free and takes about 10 minutes. We'll walk you through the setup when you onboard.
