Common questions

Do visitors need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR on their phone and upload directly from the camera. Works on every phone, every browser, no install. We measure 87% participation vs 12% for app-based alternatives.

How does the ticketing integration work?

Your booking platform sends a webhook to Poolr with { booking_id, visit_date, party_size, contact_email }. We generate the pool and return the QR code + landing URL. Your confirmation email includes it automatically. Most integrations take half a day to wire up.

What about ride-photographer / on-ride camera systems?

Pool can accept uploads from your existing on-ride camera vendor via the same webhook. Visitor pool gets the candid family photos AND the official action shots in one place - and you can charge for the official ones in-pool.

GDPR - what happens with family photos?

Every uploader sees a consent notice at upload. Pools are scoped to the family (single QR per booking). Visitors can delete photos at any time. We never share photos with third parties. Your legal team can audit the full data flow.

Can we white-label?

Yes - on the Regional and National plans. Custom domain, your logo on the pool page, your colours, your branded upsell flow. Visitors never see the Poolr brand if you prefer.
