Do I need a paid Canva account?
No - every template works with free Canva. Canva Pro is nice-to-have for premium fonts and one-click background removal, but every Print Kit template is built to work on the free tier.
How do I get my QR code into the template?
Your pool dashboard has a "Download QR" button. Drop the PNG into Canva, position it over the placeholder QR in the template. Done.
Can I print at home or do I need a print shop?
Either works. Welcome signs and centrepieces print great at home on A4. For A3 or premium card stock, your local print shop (Vistaprint, Solopress, Moo) will produce them in 24-48 hours.
Are new templates added?
Yes - we add new designs every month. New seasonal designs (Christmas, Easter, summer parties) drop a few weeks before each season.
Can businesses / venues use the kit?
Yes - Pro Organiser, Teams, and partnership-tier accounts can edit the templates with custom branding (logo, colours). White-label print kits available on enterprise plans.
